Juniper Robotics is excited to kick off our 5th year in FTC! This season, our team includes 4 returning members, 8 new recruits, and a fresh approach to building for the future. To strengthen our program, we've brought in junior high students and transitioned our seniors into mentor roles. This balance ensures continuity and growth as experienced members prepare the next generation of leaders.

Our team is divided into four subteams: Hardware, Software, Drive, and Operations (Business, Outreach, Documentation). Each subteam is led by a "Shepherd" (team leader) under the guidance of our coach, the "Butcher," with additional support from senior mentors, or "Goats." This structure fosters collaboration, skill development, and quality in every aspect of our work.

What sets us apart is our focus on the learning process and creating a supportive environment. Teamwork, creativity, and fun are central to our culture. From building robots to bonding through activities like movie nights, ice skating, and weekly Chipotle runs, we blend hard work with memorable experiences. Snacks, of course, are always part of the mix!
